Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Opened or used flowers/edibles
- Any product that has been tampered with or unsealed
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +31620467888 with a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (or Bitcoin wallet).
